The University of Nairobi, College of Health Sciences (CHS) held a workshop on customer service on 23rd June, 2016.
The event which was held at CHS School of Medicine boardroom was aimed at sensitizing staff, mainly from Finance, Procurement and Audit Departments on how to ensure that they give satisfactory services to customers.
The training focused on customer service, service delivery, service charter and timelines.
Prof. Anne Karani, College Registrar Mr. Joseph Waigwi, and Bursar Mr. James Mwololo were among the presenters at the workshop.
UoN Finance Officer Mr. Peter Busienei was represented by Mr. George Ogari. Ogari.
