Students are enrolled into the association immediately they are registered as nursing students on admistration into the university. It’s run by seven officials. Nunsa carries out various activities, which include:

First Year Orientation
The officials and the senior nursing students volunteer to receive first years on registration and orientate them in the ways of the university. This helps in inducting our dear brothers and sisters into the new university system. The first year can then be established in the nursing school system.

Childrens home visit
This is a community health initiative organized by the association annually for the first years. It’s major significance is to instill community service and give back initiative in our lifestyle.

Sports League

Football league is played for a period of two months, inter-level competition. The champions at the end of the league receive an award and become the hosts of the trophy.

Nursing School Sports/Fun day

The major aim is to enhance the bonding and unity in the nursing school. The best teams in every level are awarded generously.

Career Day

This is a day when professionals in nursing, the nursing school alumni and other executives in higher rank , meet to encourage us and give us more insight and tips for success in life.

Medical Camp
This is organized in collaboration with the other faculties in the College of Health Sciences, other professional and Non-Governmental Organizations and religious institutions. All students are encouraged to embrace every opportunity that arises to attend a medical camp as it improves one’s ones skills and experience, and is the best opportunity to boost your curriculum vitae.
